Besides being a licensed Realtor and Sales Associate, Karen holds a license in Florida as a Mortgage Broker and Registered Dental Hygienist. Her many years of experience working with a variety of personalities makes Karen an expert in communication and negotiation skills. Karen has earned the designation of Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) in order to better serve her clients in these economically challenging times. Additionally, she is completing the requirements in obtaining the designation as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).

Tedd can only be described as the consummate professional, bringing to the TEAM a wealth of knowledge and experience in his 36 years of practicing full time real estate sales and service.
Relocating to South Florida was a natural choice. The beauty and warmth of sunshine, aqua water, bright colorful foliage, vibrant blue skies, and white cumulous clouds has always stirred excitement in her. Karen says, "I cannot think of a better place to call home!"
A resident of Boca Raton, Karen is involved in volunteer efforts in assisting and promoting grassroots activities in local and national elections. She is a firm believer in the power of each individual's role in voting.
Karen and her husband Drew have been married for 28 years and have 3 wonderful daughters, a Pug, and a Pekingese. A self-described "Culture Vulture", she enjoys many genres of music, art, theater, and multicultural events.
